 Pick up and Drop off

• VMC is closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day (Monday), July 4th, Labor Day (Monday), Thanksgiving Day (Thursday), and Christmas Day.  
  

• VMC will close at noon on the following days and no drop offs will be provided after 11:00 AM Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.  
  

• Due to the increased popularity of our kennel and staff, our facility books up quickly. Reservations are strongly recommended. A $50 per pet deposit will be required for all peak boarding times---Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break. A 48-hour advance cancellation notice is required for a refund of your deposit.
  

• Check In Time begins at 1:30 pm . Pets arriving before check-in are welcome with no extra fees, but your pet may have to wait in a holding area until their room is ready.
   
  

• Check Out Time is 11:30 am Monday-Saturday. Additional charges apply after that time, unless your pet has requested a paid bath.
   

We will be happy to schedule a spa bath and pedicure for your dog. All dogs boarding for 5 or more consecutive nights will be treated to a complimentary spa bath and pedicure. For all baths, a pick-up time will need to be scheduled at drop off to ensure sufficient time for bathing and drying.

• Bath with FURminator: $25 extra

  The FURminator will reduce shedding 60-80%. Because of the specialized shampoo, and the time involved in brushing, we feel it necessary for the additional fee.

  
  

   
   
  If your pet has special skin problems, you may bring in a prescription shampoo for us to use. If not, we will bath your pet in one of our specialized shampoos at owner's expense.
